This one changes and I'm not good enough to find a rule that will take it out every time without taking out other things. So I'll post two of them and let you find what will work. Sorry I'm not better at this.

Now I refreshed the page many times and didn't see other codes. And I know I could do something with * like ad*rightrailfirst but I wasn't sure if it would cause other issues on the page and just wanted more experienced people to look into it. Now these are empty boxes but push content of the page down. Thanks.
