EasyList only blocks advertising on English-language sites, including pop-unders.
This an english site as well, just click on top and choose english

Here is not blocked link:

This script generates virtual popup which slides from bottom of the page.
Actual advertising content is blocked but floating "ADV (X)" text still here.
I guess it will be nice idea to add .php?ad= general filter similar to .http?ad= which blocks actual content.
BTW, fanboy have in his list such general filter.
