I've noticed today, an unblocked banner ad on the top of the page. It exists on the post listings, and on the pages of individual posts.

The search for posts with the rating:safe should exclude most NSFW content, though the banner ad might still be NSFW.

A similar banner, though probably a SFW one, is present on e926.net, the SFW version of the site.
