Just noticed on some, not all google searches these ads appear and they even say ad in the top left.

I use 3 adblocks and I tired all the trouble shooting for each. Nothing removed them.

3 adblockers ? I hope not all together ;)

I see no ad ("in the top left") in your screenshot

to avoid conflicts, use ONLY one ad blocker.
also scan you system with AdwCleaner.
