Sorry. The popup occur when scrolling down including notification permission popup

? Do you still see the that popip if you subscribe to "Fanboy's Annoyances list" https://adblockplus.org/subscriptions#type_other
or adding the filter

Added the filter and it's gone. I rather not using Fanboy's Annoyances list since it also block social stuff. Thank you for help.
