Here's a link to a website on imagefap.com as an example where uBlock Origin doesn't always block the ads.

the current filters in EasyList et al no longer work properly; the site now redirects clicks to external ad sites and prevents the right-click context menu from working.

Tested with Firefox and uBlock Origin.
