UseProof is a service that collects your name, location, and photo when you complete a purchase on a site and displays it in the corner of the site for other potential customers. It does not request permission to store or display your information, and they don't provide a way to opt out.
It seems like this would be a good candidate for the EasyPrivacy list.
Websites that use this service include a script tag with a URL in this pattern:
Code: Select all
https://cdn.useproof.com/proof.js?acc=xxxxxx
Looks like they also use scripts from URLs like:
Code: Select all
https://cdn.getmoreproof.com/embed/latest/proof.js?1520448886756
