They have a frame of ads at the top of the page. I have tried manually identifying/killing the frame. Didn't work. I tried killing the <DIV> tag. They rotate the identifier for that tag so that the DIV changes with every iteration of the page.
Went through the troubleshooting process to include disabling all other extensions.
I'm using Chrome and not inclined to test this in Firefox. Changing to Firefox isn't an option for me at this point.
