see how https://adblockplus.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=42013 (http://i.imgur.com/efDVqIW.png).
i saw the instructions but i am not sure i understand how to do it, why doest it have to be so hard ? i am very confused
which is the difficult part ?
i am not much of a tech guy, but i managed finally to get the adblock plus working on my google chrome browser.
all your users have to have technical background to not see ads ? maybe you can somehow add those rules to my adblock plus from your side ?
thanks

well, you have to click 3-4 times, copy / paste a filter
ok, will try again.
i still didn't get it - why not configure it globally somehow to save all this technical work ?

very clear:
chrome: click ABP icon, options, "add your own filters" tab, add the filters 1 by 1 (clicking "add filter")
or if you want to add more filters ==> click "Edit filters as raw text", then paste all the filters in the panel and click "Apply changes"

EasyList is already the default adblock list after you install an adblock extention.thewatch wrote:please add it there and i guess it will do the job ...
hey smed79,
so please explain, if you say the EasyList is the "default adblock list" after i install the adblock extension, why don't is see this rule inside it and have to add it manually ?

Perhaps you deleted the subscription list unintentionally.
no. that filter is not in easylist, for that you have to add it manually
Until someone adds it to the main list (read: EasyList maintainer) you'll need to add the rules manually.
"If it ain't broke don't fix it."
@intense - i know this filter is NOT in the EasyList, all i am asking is WHY its not in the EasyList, this post is here for weeks now, i don't understand ...
