new facebook design lets one ad sneak through

Post by japhy »

here's an easy fix

facebook.com#div(class=emu_ad)

Also, there is another ad DIV with ID "highlight_ad" that's missed on the new Facebook design.

facebook.com#*(id=highlights_ad) is the filter for that.

I saw the emu_ad...was just about to post that.
I don't see a highlight_ad or highlights_ad one though
The emu_ad is the ad in the highlights section

To block the ad at the top of the right column on the new FB "home" page, use:

facebook.com#div(id^=home_sponsor_nile)

I believe this is the outermost container that holds just the ad.

Hmm. I've added the rules above (thanks!) but one is still getting through.

If I add facebook.com#DIV(id=sidebar_ads) it breaks the layout. However, if I don't add that, I see 3 ads on the right side of anyone's profile.
