I can see Outbrain ads even If I am subscribed to Easylist Hebrew and my "allow non intrusive ads" is off.
I have checked it and it's looks like the HTML is coming straight Outbrain, it looks like they are changing their HTML to avoid being blocked.

I can't manage to find any selector that will block the paid ads only for people that have turned off the acceptable ads.

Hebrew easylist anthers can't find it too.
