still no issue, tested in chrome + ABP + easylist
keep only 1 adblocker, no other blocking extension

I confirm that I see that same message, though it seems like it'll still forward you to the destination URL. It just takes 5 seconds.

(And there's unblocked ads on the destination URL for this link:
