I forced an update of Easylist, but the ads still appear.

I added the manual rule, but the ads still appear. I restarted the browser, refreshed the page.

The divs with the banner ads look like:

DIV class="wyjocrsukhqec"

Do you guys see those ads as well?

I forced another update of EasyList and it is working now. No more ads on Pornhub. Thank you!

It's in the settings of most adblockers. Examples:
If you're using Adblock Plus: https://adblockplus.org/faq_basics#update-filterlists
If you're using uBlock Origin: Options > 3rd party filters > "Purge all caches" + "Update now"

Couldn't this be added somewhere on the site so people don't keep asking about it?

If it's to update only EasyList, it's best to only click the "purge cache" button of EasyList, then "Update now".

What's the deal? They have advertisement in their URL--isn't that enough to block them?

If you need help, there's a GreaseMonkey script that has an effective block since January 8. Here are its CSS selectors that it flat out removes from the DOM:
