advertise su Yahoo ANswers

Da qualche giorno su Yahoo Answers sono presenti degli advertise tra le varie risposte.
Hanno uno sfondo azzurro chiaro e in alto a destra del box è presente la scritta ads

ecco il codice html incriminato:

this advertise is posted "RANDOMLY" i've posted code and image of an example of page that contain ads!
And i don't know if it is showed only to italian public.
