Open an email in Gmail, for me I don't see the ad all the time but I always see the about these links.
I don't have the time to create a filter but I'm sure you will.

Adding
mail.google.com#SPAN(class=iFOJMb)
will get rid off the About these links

It's not technically an ad, but I just noticed it so it might mean there are other ads that might be like that similarly that I haven't seen yet, after all this is the first time that's happened to me.
I think this has been adjusted here: http://forums.lanik.us/viewtopic.php?f=64&t=2454 to allow these links as they are no ads.
