I can't reproduce the issue, anyway try this filter

Sorry about the late reply. I added that as a custom filter, now I have more ad's on the page. I should note when you block the div, the ad's disappear until the page gets reloaded by the extension.

I actually just figured it out with your help, just stick gekko.spiceworks.com in the filter list and they're gone
