apis.google.com/js/plusone.js [rej]

I see Fanboy Social contains:

Code: Select all

||apis.google.com/js/client:plusone.js?*googlePlusButton$third-party
So I expect to be freed of Google +1 entering my browser. However I see that a script related to Google +1 still enter and execute:

Code: Select all

http://apis.google.com/js/plusone.js
Spotted at this site: http://www.npr.org/blogs/parallels/2014 ... st-economy, but I expect it's true from a whole lot of places given how ubiquitous Google +1 widget is.

Is it possible to add:

Code: Select all

||apis.google.com/js/plusone.js$third-party
to Fanboy Social?

We had it in the social list already. It had to be removed because it broke a lot of sites.

Can you give some examples of sites that are affected and/or explain how/where to find such examples?

This is the commit when it was removed: https://hg.adblockplus.org/easylist/rev/17e164318d8e

Basically you can use the search on https://hg.adblockplus.org/easylist and try the domains after "@@||apis.google.com/js/plusone.js$domain=".
