I'm sure Rick will help you soon, but might I suggest something to help you with this in the future. Element hiding helper makes it really easy to hide things like these. This is a great addition to ABP in my opinion. Made by the same developer that made ABP and ties into ABP's user interface. Worth a look.
Update the easylist and give it a shot
