ABPindo for Malay language

ABPindo author here,indonesian suplement for EasyList.
After long time, an official suplement for Malay language not available for easylist. I'm willing to maintenance it with ABPindo. ABPindo has supported Malay language sites a long ago, it can be seen from the filter. Malay and Indonesian are very similar. Actually from wiki: Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei Official language is Malay language. My suggestion is that ABPindo be changed to EasyList suplement for Indonesian (IDN) and Malay language (MYS). And turn on by default for Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei users.
