Policy questions before contributing

Hi, apologies if this is the wrong forum, in that case please direct me / move it.
The ad blockers for Norway used to be very good, but the number of ads has just crept up over time. Unfortunately the contribution activity seems to be very low. I'm happy to step up to the task.
Just a few questions:
1) Sometimes, a page has a "background frame" (banner on top and both sides, of the main content) that requests that you don't use adblock. Should these be blocked?
2) Sometimes, an article is "sponsored" by an advertiser and written by a "commercial studio". Above the article on the front page it says "Sponsored content", and the article is about the product of the advertiser, for example about someone who finds it useful and recommends it. These articles are like TV-shop informercials, very uncomplex, promotional and salesy. Is it okay to block the entire article from the front page?
3) Sometimes, there are links to lottery companies, saying it's sponspored and commercial content, but having information like the size of the jackpot, winning lottery numbers etc. Some might find that useful. Should these be blocked?
Many thanks, I would like to contribute quite a bit.
