Share filters automatically between computers

I have few computers that I want my filters to apply to.
is there an easy way to share my changes to filter on one computer to other ones automatically?

Few computer at home and few at work, some family members
if there would be a way to make my own public list perhaps and subscribe the computers I manage to it, one simple change on that list and all get updated..

Sure, just create your own list (in a certain form) and then upload it to some server

now I dont have to wait for public list...
can I set the update interval or it is updated at the same rate as other lists?
