Any way to exclude specific apps from AdBlock?

First, my apologies if this has been posted elswhere or if there is a post completely devoted to it that I was unable to find.
That being said, is there a possibility that something could be added to the easy list to filter out specific apps from having ads blocked? The reason I ask is because when I open three of my apps that require internet to function while AdBlock Plus is turned on, I always get an error like "server error xxxxx" or "cannot connect to internet, retry?" or some similar error. But when AdBlock Plus is turned off, those apps work just fine.
Or if someone can recommend another app that would help me with this issue, I would really appreciate it, as it is kind of a pain in the *** to keep turning off the AdBlock Plus just to use those three apps then turning it back on when I'm done with them.

I would really appreciate any helpful suggestions.
