Unnecessary Kickass Torrents filters

kat.ph and kickassproxy.com are no longer used and now redirect to kat.cr and kickass.unblocked.la, so I think it's safe to remove these filter rules specific to those two domains (unless they still use adx.kat.ph for ads):

I'm not so sure of removing or not, Kickass is known to frequently switch tld domains...

I guess Kickass Torrents has some sort of control over the domain since kat.ph is set to redirect to kat.cr.

The katproxy.com filters are only cosmetic filters for empty ad sections.
