How to subscribe "German" and "Privacy" bundles without "EasyList" overlap

i used to subscribe EasyList Germany+EasyList,
but now i also want to add EasyPrivacy+EasyList.
Since EasyList is the major part of each bundle:
How can i avoid checking each request against EasyList twice?
