Hello! What filter should I use to block these pop-up ads? Those who pop up immidiately after opening the page, and forces you too click "close" before being able to use the site.
example: ebay.com
Pop-up Ads
Popups on ebay.com ?!!!
You should scan your system for malwares / adware using MalwareBytes (free) and AdwCleaner.

It's weird I don't get it right now. I got it all day yesterday, I took a screenshot of it here:

I get this on alot of different sites immediately when I enter the site. I have to click that "x" to close out that ad then I can use the site normally again.

Pop-in NOT Pop-up
For these kind of stuff, try using "Fanboy's Annoyances" https://adblockplus.org/subscriptions#type_otherPop-ins are frames that appear above the content of a website. Their operation is similar to pop-ups, but the difference is that pop-ins open only inside a web page, and can be of various sizes and shapes.
