any reason why ABP stopped blocking those Anti Adblockers?

ABP didn't stop blocking, it's about the official lists.
All ...for legal reasons (DCMA crap, court decisions etc)
So, the users can use custom filters.

If you have any info, I would like to read about it.

so there is no more Adblock Warning Removal List? and if so, why this is illegal and Adblocking is legal? if Adblock is legal, so anti adblock filters, aren't they?

Adblock Warning Removal List is not circumventing anti-adblocking measures, it's about light warning messages on those sites. Still alive.
