Hi,

The current ad block does not allow our visitors to activate their account. It is a double step process, where the visitors sees our landing page and takes the decision to register in our site, then they should receive and email to activate their account, that is the moment where the ad block is damaging our email marketing performance and creates troubles and frustration to our visitors.
The issue, that the activation link is not working due to the fact that it is being opened in a new window. This is the code:

Is it possible to remove the popup blocking property? Please, we need a solution.

Hola de nuevo,

decía que funcionaba bien debido a que Adblock ya no bloqueaba las ventanas nuevas que se crean al clicar los enlaces de nuestros emails. Hoy hemos vuelto a ver que nuestros usuarios no pueden confirmar su registro desde nuestro email debido a vuestro bloqueo y estos no está suponiendo una gran perdida.

Esto está bloqueando los enlaces de nuestros emails que se abren en ventana nueva. ¿Podríais darnos una solución? Cientos de usuarios diariamente no pueden confirmar sus registros con nosotros.

¿No podéis ofrecernos una solución al problema comentado? Vuestro bloqueo impide que nuestros usuarios hagan clics en nuestros emails.

You should have more control on your advertising campaigns to avoid this kind of strict measure.

What are the full urls used to load advertising content from fuegodevida.com and the urls for popups ?

We know it's a problem but we're working on it.

We understand that you need the URLs of our emails to create exceptions. We have shortened them by the private parameters of users and Google Analytics tags. do you need anything else?

Not sure about adding exceptions.
Post the ad urls that should be blocked.

I do not understand well the need to know the links of our ads when what is affecting us unjustifiably to the links of our newsletters not allowing them users confirm their signup, unsubscribe, etc.

Una vez más se están bloqueando la apertura en ventana nueva de los enlaces de nuestros emails transaccionales, en especial al email de confirmación de registro, esto es un problema grave. Hoy hemos vuelto a ver que nuestros usuarios no pueden confirmar su registro desde nuestro email debido a vuestro bloqueo y estos no está suponiendo una gran perdida.

¿Podríais darnos una solución? Cientos de usuarios diariamente no pueden confirmar sus registros con nosotros.

@smed79 detrás de esa dirección de correo no contesta nadie. Escribimos hace dos meses y no obtuvimos resultados. Lo mismo ha pasado esta última vez.

Según la propia politica redactada en https://easylist.to/pages/policy.html estáis incumpliendo vuestra propia filosofía de trabajo al bloquear nuestra capacidad de aceptar nuevos registros al tener bloqueados los enlaces de nuestros emails que enviamos a usuarios y clientes. Lo más grave es que no aportáis ningún motivo para que esto sea así más allá de los anuncios web. Estamos perdiendo un gran porcentaje de usuarios.

Necesitamos que vuestro bloqueo no nos afecten a los emails. ¿Cómo podríamos llegar a conseguir esto?

I fixed your issue for uBo (ublock origin)

so you could suggest / recommend your visitors to use uBo (and not other adblocker)
