I'm in Chrome for Android with Adguard and the Spanish/Portuguese filter updated. I need to do something different?

You should report (ask for help) on adguard forums (it's too specific: android, mobile extension..)

Just for the record: EasyList Spanish filter list is NOT the same as Adguard Spanish/Portuguese filter list. They are completely different filters lists.
