The filter that ended up in EasyList Spanish was (commit 88e92bb)...

...which does the job, but the filter suggested by @smed79 is better. The filter therefore has been removed from EasyList Spanish (commit 2f395b0) and added to EasyList as generic filter (thanks @Khrin)...
