Words on any site can become links with ads

1. random ads appear at sites like tribal wars, my e-mail and more but these are numbered and not everywhere i look.
2. random english words become links with an hover animation of an image that's linked to a shitty search engine that helps me define the word called 'smartshopping?'

Handy things to know:
i have no decent virus protection program tho (and i don't want people telling me i should download one because i know i should, it's just that i'm too lazy)
malware found some stuff and got rid of it in quarantine but it didn't remove anyshit
it's even giving me linked words on this site
