This would hide "Top 10 van Budgetgamers - Mei" which appears sometimes and isn't an ad.

Thanks for the reply. Which browser are you using? Do you use any other filter lists except for EasyList and EasyList Dutch? Does it always happen or only when you've just started your browser?

Ok. Could you please check whether you have any custom filters; if you didn't accidentally whitelist the site, or whether it is fixed when you update your subscriptions manually (all in the options page of the extension).
