What adblocker are you using ?
You should use uBO (uBlock Origin adblocker) and enable the regional list HU Filter
(disable / remove any other blocking extension)
That global js is not blocked anymore.

Just remove the older one (adblocker) and do not enable other builtin blockers (those for vivaldi, opera ... etc) to have no conflicts.
Keep only uBO.
I guess you are not using uBO (uBlock Origin adblocker).

Do not use ABP, they wont ever add such filters (they are in legal trouble: on one hand they are making lots of money allowing ads, on the other hand they are blocking ads)
Not possible using a browser extension.
However to fight popups / redirections there are some useful weapons (especially using uBO - uBlock Origin or AdGuard extension)
Just give us the real example and what do you want to achieve.
