There isn't a solution in ABP because the leftover space is leftover undefined space. There is nothing to remove. The left side has a defined width which cannot be changed.

You're right. The subscriptions DO block more than ads .... they blocks adservers ... and tracking ... and spyware sites. Do people interested in serving ads really expect an adserver not to be blocked if they are using ABP? They can easily whitelist the site or TURN OF ABP .... or not be a hypocrit...

I think this is a user issue, Ares. I don't think that I should make exceptions for small sites.
I left this up to the user.

Also the $domain solution is the incorrect domain. That is not the domain I am ending up on there per the link. Are you being redirected to something else?
