streamer-initiated ads still comin through sometimes, sometimes not for some reason

@barbaz thx but i reported this because i think others might have had the problem too and might not want to completely unblock all behind-the-scene-requests so why not add this exception to easy-list so everyone can benefit from it ?

@smed79 have you ticked "im an advanced user" and have you removed "behind-the-scene" from tab whitelist ?

for example, cant update any of the other adguard filter lists either

in ublock origin i cant update adguard.com filterlists unless i whitelist behind-the-scene requests or disable easylist
i think this filter is the problem: (not 100% sure though)

got an adblock warning when accessing bild.de it said i may be using a "plugin" like ublock origin that might break the site
when i reloaded the website it loaded normally

it only appears sometimes. if u dont see it try deleting cookies.

do you have any ideas as to what might cause that difference in behaviour ?

@smed79: another question: did you have easylist and easylist germany enabled when testing this ? because when i disable them i also get problems with the video (a completely different ad starts playing)

i was not suggesting you were doing it wrong

i still dont understand why it works for me and not for you thats very unsatisfying will we just leave it at that then ?

after the video (when you click on the next video inside the video player) a 20sec ad plays

with firefox and ublock origin this filter works: ||*.damoh.huffingtonpost.de$media,domain=videos.huffingtonpost.de

did it work with ublock origin ?
because i tested it again many times (deleted cookies at some point too) and it still works everytime
using firefox maybe that plays a role

do you use ublock origin or adlock plus ?

some videos dont seem to play anymore on bild.de with easylist, easylist germany and aak enabled
