I've tried that popunder block fix implemented. It will still open a new tab when clicking something, and try to redirect the original page, but that page gets closed. I guess that's acceptable at this point. Not sure if there's anything that can stop it from opening a new tab all together.

The filter I applied to my UBO was the anti-circumvention one here. Purged caches\updated\cleared cookie\cache on site etc.
