Found out it was because noscript was blocking xpanama.net.
After allowing it, site works.

Add slickdeals.net##script:inject(abort-on-property-write.js, adonisHash) or update your uBO-filter list. https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uAssets/commit/020b04579f536af15190a9fbaa6d0afd4d3a152c The filter no longer works today. I've also tried updating the UBO filter lists. For some reason it works...

The adblock messages come up when accessed from Asia, but not from US. Both firefoxes are configured the same. Are filter lists and ads affected by user IP address?
