ahh ok i founed cause, when i had an rule that was excact the same in my personal rules when i turned mine off it would turn the other one off also..

thats why it seemed i did not have it when i turned it off to check !

it was the one as i posted above, but it seems now the page has changed and the iframe is no longer there (a rule is now removing it it was not earlier maybe you added a rule for it.)
