Re: YOUTUBE ADS ARE BACK

I can confirm that this bug is more than hot air or obvious user mistakes, but current reports' ubiquitous use of Chrome might suggest that this is a problem with Adblock Plus for Chrome and not EasyList. I am using Adblock Plus 1.5.3 for Chromium 29.0.1547.32 with EasyList and EasyPrivacy enabled a...

New Google Maps Ads [n/a]

When using the new Google Maps (info here: http://maps.google.com/maps/about/explore/ ), there are some new ads that are not blocked. I'm afraid I don't know enough about these newer layouts to assist in finding a filter myself. http://i.imgur.com/s7YhM5C.png One would have expected the results that...

I'm a little late to the party, but I figured I'd note a quick grammar error on the last line.
Whitelists should specific enough to avoid protecting unwanted items.

Google Ads not being blocked? [n/a]

I've recently started noticing some Google ads aren't being blocked on their search engine, here's an example:

Btw, why is it a single-choice poll? I have a dozen profiles across several applications :)
I would include the batch file I made to make the process automated.

Nice. 8) Pepare for even more topics with general hiding rules causing problems. Yeah, I'm expecting that ... but for the most part, users can just disable element rules that they don't want. But don't forget, the combined rules are ALREADY the default EasyList package in ABP's installati...

Install the easylist and easyelement filters separately.

That should fix everything except the blank space on the news page where the words wrapped around, which can be collapsed with this:

Code: Select all

news.runescape.com#DIV(class=adframe)
