I'll confirm that those are all of the sites and get back to you. Is it not possible to wildcard so if a new site is added the whitelist doesn't need to be updated again? For instance, in the whitelist some google domains are wildcarded: https://hg.adblockplus.org/easylist/file/tip/easylist/easylist...

Back in 2015 the domain advertising.amazon.com was whitelisted through this request: https://forums.lanik.us/viewtopic.php?f=64&t=25889. My apologies, I noticed the subject line of my post has the wrong domain. To clarify we're looking to whitelist the domain ams.amazon.com. We're also available in the UK and Japan so it would be great to get all 3 domains whitelisted:

ams.amazon.com
ams.amazon.co.uk
ams.amazon.co.jp
