Google Image Text Ads for non-.com domains

The filter images.google.com##div#ImgCont > table[width="100%"]:first-child blocks text ads on images.google.com results, but not images.google.ca results for example (ie: http://images.google.ca/images?q=test ) I'd change it to include more domains, the other google filters have "goo...

Congratulations - Actually, not congratulations, but thank you. I know it's for the most part a thankless job that takes a lot of work and effort. Thank you for continuing the project and giving it so much of your time.

For my part, I'm going to try to show up here more often to help.

Re: Obsolete Filters

In the past there have been occasional efforts to remove unused filters, these will continue to happen occasionally I assume. I originally wrote a lot of the element filters and last year I went through them one by one, probably removing upwards of 25% of them outright. Long story short: The list sl...

Re: The future of Thunderbird

OpenOffice.org 3.0 is set to include a PIM app based on Mozilla Thunderbird with Lightning integrated, it'll be really interesting to see how that works out - sounds almost like they're just working on Thunderbird 3.0 and planning on bundling it though.

Hey VF. How are ya doing? :D Truthfully? Annoyed because I just got my bike stolen. Otherwise good, I hardly ever remember to peek around here. Being up in the addons is only because of the amount of downloads ABP does. It HAS to rank you accordingly otherwise it would not be a very honest system n...

Re: www.winehq.org (Wine is not an emulator)

The site is too small for me to worry about that. Disagree, Rick. WINE is HUGE when it comes to Linux/*BSD users and perhaps even OS X users now. Certainly much bigger than some of the other websites in EasyElement. It's pretty minor and that could be a good reason to not bother with blocking it in...

Not to mention the security problems that have been fixed since Firefox 1.0 was released. If you keep using old versions like this, then you're surfing the 'net with a "Kick Me!" sign taped to your back. In fairness people using Debian stable are using a Firefox 1.0 with backported securi...
