I was running wireshark when I caught it. Honestly I don't remember what about it made me want to create a rule, I did it about a month ago. I created a local block-rule and tested it on my machine for a month before submitting it here, just to make sure a blocking rule wouldn't break anything. It doesn't seem to. But I created the rule a while ago and don't really remember what bothered me about the xhr.
I'm pretty sure the any.run url you linked to was testing a different url path from the one I submitted. (See below for screenshot)
