Where did you see it ? What list exactly ?

The above code was pulled back by ryanbr and Khrin user ID who is a member of Easylist. Our organization "Chargebee.com" is classified as Adserver in this list. easylist/easylist_adservers.txt

May I know how did they get us under Adserver? I need the reason for this, or else we will move on to this legally.
