Cloudways is a reputed hosting company and yet its affiliate link is blocked. It's not malware or a scam site. I put up its affiliate link on my site and it disappeared when I loaded the page.
Can you please take another look at it?

The banner image is the advert. Not the link when used in the text.
We chose how to filter this, we're not block each sites banner if one rule can do it.
Maybe when using referal links, don't use banners as policy
