It's due to very wrong filters in abp-filters-anti-cv list.
You have 2 options:
- remove abp/ ab and use uBO (uBlock Origin adblocker - the best adblocker)
or - report the issue here:

please you can't do something all the user of the website can't search in the menu because of adblock and ablock plus
i can't tell them to use ublock ... its a website and random traffic
