Still exsist version in TPL, but have less filters due TPL limitations:
https://easylist-msie.adblockplus.org/adwarefilters.tpl
So only can help add new filters betwen 15 September to 7/15 October (Unless someone has a list from around 7 October in ABP format - then no new missing filters need to be added) or remove "outdated"/block someting too much.
