Advertisers with no/opt-in user tracking?

I'm curious if there is such a thing as an advertiser that provides adverts for website owners that either don't have user tracking integrated or use opt-in tracking? Or is the only option advertisers who, at best, offer opt-out tracking?

Another way to frame this is: Are there advertisers whose adverts are not blocked by the EasyPrivacy filter list? I know that blocking ads is not the goal of that list but they do block many as a side effect of blocking user tracking.

Adblock Plus, provide an "exception filter list" without third-party tracking.
