There are very obvious leftovers of blocked ads, because this forum was migrated from vBulletin 3 to XenForo 2 recently, so that the older specific filters are just useless. Also, it seems that its webmaster has implemented some abusive and invasive javascript which redirects any requested page to the top part (notice the # symbol in the URL bar) instead of going to the solicited post (3rd posted URL) or the last post as requested in the URL, in order to force the visualization of the biggest banner, supposedly. I guess this javascript could be identified and blocked, eventually.
