Adblock Warning Removal List license

Hello EasyList forum,
I have a question about the license of the "Adblock Warning Removal List" (https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus. ... ilters.txt).

Does it use the same dual-license scheme (GPL + CC BY-SA) that is used for other lists, such as EasyList and EasyPrivacy?
Unfortunately, the content of the list file has no references to used licenses
