Thank you for your reply at https://github.com/easylist/easylist/issues/507.

With these filters there are no ads, however I have a few questions:

1. Rule ||tampermonkey.net/wikibuy/ was never used, since the site attempted to serve all ads via Google (even without those filters). Will you add it anyway "to be safe"?
If so, please consider adding rule ||tampermonkey.net/ecosia/ (which is not used now either).
2. I'm new to filter design, so could you please explain why you make a general filter ##.ad-changelog-block instead of a site-specific tampermonkey.net##.ad-changelog-block?
