They changed the video filter and the EasyList filters are now blocking some the video player needs.
Not sure if this is good, but I have a possible fix that made the video player work for me:

Yeah they are updating. When I disable easylist the vid loads on that site. I am also running some custom CBS filters as well

But I've tried disabling the custom CBS filters and opening the site and the vid never loads for me. Also, I tried disabling easylist and leaving the custom CBS filters on and the video did load for me.

Win 10, Opera 47, uBlock Origin 1.13.8, : EasyList, EasyPrivacy, RU AdList, RU AdList JS Fixes, RU AdList CSS Fixes, RuAdList + EasyList hosts rules, BitBlock List , Spyware filter.

It plays fine using the default settings in uBo. You should disable all other lists / userscripts and test again.

I disabled all other lists / userscripts and test again. In Opera 47 - video doesn't play!!

Right, opera 47 has a different behaviour.
You could add

but you'll get video ads too.
Try reporting at ublock origin assets issues:
